Official Sample Certificates certify the factors and grade on a "lot" of grain that has been sampled and inspected by the Agency's licensed personnel. It certifies the quality of the entire "lot" of grain sampled.

What can we do for you?
LIS offers inspections services to all parties in the production, merchandising, storage and processing of grain.
Lincoln Inspection Service is a federally designated lab that is licensed to officially sample and grade grain under the "United States Grain Standards Act" in our respective area. Even though there may be other local inspection labs in operation, the USDA grants only one agency the authority to carry out and issue official inspections for that designated area.

Submitted Sample Certificates
Submitted Sample Certificates represent a sample that was drawn by the applicant and submitted to the Agency's lab. It certifies only the grain in the sample that was submitted for consideration.
Most services are preformed the same day we receive the sample with results and certificates available that same day! Certificates are issued electronically by email with hard copy upon request.
